Items are made of mostly polymer clay and some acrylic paint for details. Will the charms break? Our charms are durable, but due to their handmade nature they can break if not handled with care. How do I clean/care for my charm? When not being worn, you should store it in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight. Avoid sprays, perfumes and chlorinated water because they might cause discoloration. If your charm gets dirty, use a damp cloth to wipe of dirt and pat dry. Why does it show the weight of each item? The weight shown is not actually the weight of the item. We use these weights to help determine shipping costs. When will an item be back in stock? Because items are handmade, we are not exactly sure when certain items will be back in stock. We do try our best to make sure that we are fully stocked at all times. If we are out of a specific item that you want, please drop us a friendly reminder so we can make it available sooner. What payment types do you accept? Payments are made through PayPal, so any payments acceptable through there are accepted, including debit/credit cards. Do I need a PayPal account? No, a PayPal account is not needed, although you do have the option of creating one when you checkout. What if I want to cancel my order? If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. When will I get my item? Items are shipped via USPS First Class, which usually takes around 3-5 business days. What if I want my items sooner? If you would like your items sooner, an upgrade for Priority Mail is available if you contact us before placing your order. |
